Caving under the relentless questioning of Tim Russert on NBC's "Meet the Press," presumptive Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry finally named the "foreign leaders" he claims want him to become US president -- Teresa Heinz Kerry.

"She's it," he admitted, throwing up his hands. "She's a foreign leader if ever I've seen one -- probably the toughest one I've ever met -- and she wants me to win. In fact, I'd say our marriage depends on it."

Kerry, visibly irritated at Russert's non-stop inquisition, also confessed that he was "tanorexic," and that the condition had haunted him for years. "But," he asserted, "it won't have a negative impact on my abilities as commander-in-chief."
