Ralph Nader, attempting to get his name on as many
states' presidential election ballots as possible, has reportedly locked up the small yet crucial Korean-American nudist midget vote.
Nader, an Independent Party hopeful, recently made a
whirlwind tour of four midget nudist colonies in
California, Arizona, and Nevada. The former
consumer advocate cited the nudist's "naked
admiration" for his campaign and idealism.
Peter Camejo, Nader's running mate, commented how "eye
contact" was important while campaigning in the
colonies. "Once your eyes are locked in," Camejo
said, "they stay locked in. If your eyes
start wandering, you lose focus pretty quick."
A Nader spokesman said the Independent Party was
pleased to gain the support of Korean-American nudist
midgets, but were "baffled" as to why other groups --
such as white nudist midgets or Native American
nudist midgets -- didn't pledge their votes.
The Independent Party plans to take up "the nudist
midget cause," and will fight for mandatory seat
cushions, higher stools, platform shoes, and "liberal
amounts of sun block" at every nudist midget colony
across the country.
Camejo, echoing Democratic vice-presidential candidate
John Edwards, railed about the existence of "two
nudist midget Americas...one with sun block and
platform shoes, and one without these essential
resources."
With the vote secure, Nader's only concern now is
getting the Korean-American nudist midgets to "get
decent" and maybe "throw on a pair of pants" before
heading to the polls because "I'm pretty sure there's
a Constitutional amendment" banning nude
ballot-casting.
